Position Overview

R&R is excited to announce the opening of their new brokerage office in Broomfield, CO! Our location provides beautiful mountain views and easy access to loads of shops and restaurants!

Sales Executives will broker loads, interact with customers and drivers, negotiate pricing, and monitor the shipment from pick-up to delivery. This role allows you to build your book of business while learning all aspects of the industry so that you can better serve your customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and carriers
• Negotiate and secure competitive rates for freight services
• Analyze and consult market trends
• Ensure shipping requirements are met and regulations are followed
• Provide ongoing customer support including shipment tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in FTL freight brokerage
• Pricing/negotiation knowledge
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), CRMs
• Knowledge of sales development strategies
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and desire to train others and lead a team as your business grows

• Eligible for company benefit program on the first of the month following 30 days
• Hourly rate + commission
• Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm
